I agree with Bunni and Nutmeg

Since we are dealing with whole Empires here that include entire planets economy is not really an issue and if people are making Empires that do not use money then making an economy mandatory would be rather pointless.

I will start dishing out problems this week like in Peaceman's games I'll task players with writing a weekly even for another player, these can be as destructive or prosperous as you like (short of wiping out half of their race or destroying a planet)

P.S do not wait for a game story, if you want to make your own with another player or on your own you are more than welcome to do so

Questions have been asked about the Weekly Event's I should have explained it better

you post them on said persons Empire Thread (Like I have done with Nickygio)

That player than replies on their thread, since the weekly event is all about them, The Galaxy is for things that effect more than just yourself
