You can now make your civilizations, make them however. You make your area too big and it will be hard to defend, to small and you may not have enough food to feed everyone

Alrighty, made my territory claim; still gotta work on the card part since I changed my mind (Neon green, in the middle of the map..didn't know how else to mark it, so I colored the hex borders

I have added two dams they are in red zones (basically meaning stay out) the dams serve as two fold. One they power defenses that make the red zones and they are also water purifiers so all the water on the map is safe to drink.

The Dams are held by a peaceful but distrusting group simply called "Hope!!" they will never turn the clean water off but will defend the dams ruthlessly and they have enough firepower to hold off an army.
